PROGRAMME
Pour les gens qui recherchent une nouvelle façon de se connecter avec soi-même et les autres, Projet Ocre est une activité de groupe où les participants écoutent ensemble une guidance qui propose des moments d’introspection, d’écriture, et de partage, dans un lieu insolite, propice à la connexion humaine, et sensible aux traumas.
Dans ces séances de trois heures, les participants sont invités à écouter ensemble une piste audio pré-enregistrée qui les guidera lentement vers une reconnaissance du souffle et du corps. Durant des moments de prise de parole, les participants sont libres de partager s’ils le désirent, ou de rester dans le silence et la contemplation.

PROGRAMME
For those seeking a new way to connect with themselves and others, Projet Ocre is a group activity where participants listen together to guided audio that offers moments of introspection, writing, and sharing in an unusual setting—one that fosters human connection and is sensitive to trauma.
During these three-hour sessions, participants listen to a pre-recorded audio track that gently guides them toward an awareness of their breath and body. During speaking moments, participants are free to share if they wish or to remain in silence and contemplation.
